MISSION STATEMENT

Our goal is to create a global marketplace in which users are given the opportunity to connect, share, and promote new ideas and innovations by connecting individuals and small businesses with a widespread group of investors and venture capitalists.

APP INFORMATION

•Provides membership-based services to investors and venture capitalists which include tailored access to a global marketplace of creative solutions and innovative business ideas generated by small businesses and individual users

•Provides an outlet through which creators may promote and monetize their own ideas and innovations at no cost to themselves or to their business

•Acts as a social platform, connecting small business owners and individual innovators with high-level investors and entrepreneurs

•Offers the user the ability to list goods and services at a set price in order to sell directly to investors or negotiate a partnership agreement between the two parties, allowing for further revenue sharing

•For individuals lacking funds or in search for quick profit, offers the ability to sell an idea or invention at a set price directly to investors

•For investors, offers a valuable insight towards innovation and growth by acting as a think tank for new ideas and boosting competition amongst developers

•Maintains several streams of app revenue which is generated by charging investors a membership fee in exchange for access to the marketplace at a tier based rate, as well as the inclusion of a premium membership for individual users which will be offered as an additional service to high performing users
